Basic Photography (April Intake - 6 Lessons)
Owning a DSLR presents a wonderful opportunity to capture beautiful images. However, acquiring the proper skills and knowledge is essential to taking great photos. This hands-on course will give you a firm grasp of DSLR fundamentals so that you can turn a mediocre shot into a great one.
At the end of the course, you will be equipped with the following knowledge to take your photography to the next level:
- Exposure and its relationship to Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO
- Using the light meter, AE lock and compensation to control exposure
- Focal Length, Lens Perspective and Compression
- Composition Techniques
Participants will need a DSLR or mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera for this course.

- Workshop is open to all camera brand users (mirrorless / DSLR cameras)
- Registration must be made via this website on a first-come-first-served basis. No reservation entertained.
- The detailed information on venue and outing will be informed to participants during the first lesson.
- Participants must bring their own cameras, lenses & charged batteries.
