Delivery

  • This clause 5 shall only apply to Canon Branded Products and Third Party Products other than the Third Party Vouchers (collectively, “Physical Products”). For the avoidance of doubt, if an order consists of both Physical Products and Third Party Vouchers, this clause 5 shall apply only to the delivery of Physical Products in the order, while clause 9A(b) shall apply to the delivery of the Third Party Vouchers in the order.
  • Deliveries will only be made within Singapore. If there is more than one Physical Product in an order, the Physical Products will be delivered in one or more packages as we may decide.
  • Your order will be delivered within 2 days for Canon branded products-only orders, and up to 5 working days should your order contain non-Canon branded products. This is because our delivery partner will have to pick from multiple locations and consolidate to complete your order. In any case, an agent from Yamato Tidiki shall be contacting you to make arrangements for delivery at your convenience.
  • If your order includes non Canon products, you might receive your order in separate parcels. Should there be a rare occasion where we are unable to fulfil an item in your order, you will receive an email, informing you of the shortage. In this case, we will make a refund of the value of the unfulfilled items via your credit card. Do reach out to us at contact@canon.com.sg or telephone at: 6799-8888 should you not receive your full order in 5 working days.
  • Deliveries on orders of Physical Products above S$200 are free. A delivery charge of S$15 will be applicable to orders below S$200.
  • Deliveries to the following locations are subject to a surcharge of S$20: Changi Airfreight Centre, Airport Logistics Park of Singapore, Changi Transit Lounges, Jurong Port, Jurong Island, PSA compound, Mindef premises, Sentosa and Neo Tiew area.
  • If the Physical Product you have ordered is in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch orders made before 10.00am within the same working day, and orders made after 10.00am in the next working day. We will call you to arrange for delivery of your order based on our available time slots.
  • If you are not available to take delivery of your order at your selected time slot, we will contact you to arrange for a convenient time for re-delivery. There will be no charges imposed for such re-delivery up to 10.30pm on the same day. However, there will be a S$10 charge for re-scheduling the date of delivery.
  • We will notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery time or date for any reason, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to, or arising out of or in connection with such delay in delivery. In addition, we shall not be liable for any delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
  • Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Physical Product to the Singapore address stated in your order, regardless of the person who takes delivery, upon which title and risk in the Physical Product shall pass to you.
